Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioural Therapist located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru - experienced in working with children, young people and families presenting with a wide range of psychological and neurodevelopmental difficulties, such Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning Disability. As a Behavioural Therapist , you will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations and tests and providing behavioural therapy. Your day-to-day tasks may include psychological assessments, therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Experienced in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning Disability
• Experience in psychological testing and mental health counseling
• Clinical supervision skills
• Strong knowledge of various therapy approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with diverse populations
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in working with individuals with neurological conditions
• Master’s / MPhil in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, MSW or related field
• Licensure or certification in Clinical Psychology / Behaviour Therapy / ABA
