About The Role :
We need a commercially obsessed Marketing Brand Lead to take full, end-to-end ownership of the one of our leading brands globally. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking and operator mindset—someone who translates brand identity into measurable commercial revenue.
Your Impact & Responsibilities :
- P&L Ownership : Full accountability for the Brand Marketing P&L. Drive revenue growth, budget optimization, and clear ROI from all brand investments.
- Brand Architect : Define the brand identity, positioning, voice, and values. Be the guardian of consistency across all touch points.
- GTM Commander : Lead all Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for all key collections and product launches.
- Growth Scaling : Design and execute strategies that have a proven track record of scaling high-growth D2C / Consumer brands.
- Consumer Obsession : Be the "consumer-obsessed operator." Gather insights and translate them into impactful brand actions.
- New Age Media : Master and leverage modern distribution channels : digital viral content, high-impact influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, and compelling offline activations.
- Creative Direction : Direct and approve all brand content and creative assets, ensuring premium quality and maximum consumer resonance.
- End-to-End Delivery : Act as a highly self-driven leader to manage and direct cross-functional partners (Product, Tech, Retail, Sales) to deliver brand outcomes at speed.
- Team Builder : Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing brand marketing team.
What You Bring :
10+ years of deep, progressive experience in Brand Marketing / Strategy with high-growth consumer, fashion, tech, or D2C brands.Clear, demonstrable experience managing a Brand Marketing P&L or significant commercial budget with direct accountability to revenue goals.Practical experience driving brand success across both digital platforms and extensive physical retail networks.Track record of pushing projects to market quickly and successfully in a fast-paced environment.Masters from a premium school preferred.If you're a commercially driven Brand Leader ready to move fast and redefine an industry, let's talk.
