Role Overview
The Content Manager / Content Marketer is responsible for planning, creating, optimizing, and managing high-quality content that strengthens the company’s digital footprint and supports business growth. This role oversees the development of ebooks, case studies, blogs, website content, and other marketing assets—ensuring they align with company vision, demonstrate technical depth, meet quality standards, and help achieve set targets for traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop a comprehensive content roadmap aligned with the company’s vision, brand voice, and long-term marketing objectives.
Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars based on target audience needs, industry trends, and product positioning.
Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and sales to ensure content supports business goals and target KPIs.
2. Content Creation & Management
Write, edit, and manage creation of blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and social media posts.
Ensure all content communicates product value effectively and reflects the company’s technical expertise.
Translate complex product and industry concepts into clear, engaging, and educational content.
3. Industry & Product Expertise
Build strong understanding of the company’s products, solutions, and target industries.
Conduct competitive research to maintain industry relevance and produce content that differentiates the brand.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to create accurate, insight-driven content.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
Implement a structured QA process for all content :
Fact-checking
Grammar and readability
Technical accuracy
Consistency with brand tone
SEO compliance
Ensure all content is error-free and reviewed before publishing or client delivery.
5. SEO & Growth Optimization
Apply SEO best practices to all content—keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content structure.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content to improve rankings, conversions, and engagement.
Drive growth of the company’s online presence across search engines, social platforms, and content platforms.
6. Performance Tracking & Target Alignment
Set clear performance goals for traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Track KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports showing achievements against targets and recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaboration & Workflow Management
Work closely with designers, developers, product teams, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets.
Manage freelancers or external writers when required.
Oversee content workflows from ideation to publication, ensuring timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical & Content Skills
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to handle both long-form and short-form content.
Experience creating ebooks, case studies, product-focused content, and thought-leadership materials.
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools.
Ability to interpret technical information and communicate it effectively.
Industry & Product Knowledge
Background in the relevant industry (e.g., SaaS, IT services, consulting, digital solutions—customize as needed).
Experience working with product teams and understanding tech concepts (e.g., APIs, cloud solutions, software workflows, automation).
Strategic & Managerial Skills
Ability to align content efforts with company vision and business strategy.
Experience developing content strategies and executing multi-channel content campaigns.
Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality output.

Monthly content output (quality and consistency).
