About Job

We are seeking an experienced Encompass Developer who can build, enhance, and maintain custom functionality within the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Encompass SDK, APIs, C#, and .NET, along with a solid understanding of mortgage lending processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Encompass components using the Encompass SDK, Developer Connect API, C#, and .NET.
• Create and maintain custom input forms, plugins, automation scripts, and advanced workflows.
• Implement and manage business rules, personas, milestones, and role-based configurations.
• Build and support integrations between Encompass and external systems (AUS, CRM, Pricing Engines, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to custom Encompass functionality.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, BAs, QA, and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and enhancement specifications.
