Job Title :  BIM Manager – F&B, Retail & Commercial Projects

Position Summary :

The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple F&B, retail, and commercial fit-out projects. This role ensures that BIM standards, workflows, and deliverables are maintained throughout the design and construction phases to achieve efficient project delivery, design accuracy, and cross-discipline collaboration. Experience working on Middle East projects and familiarity with regional standards, authorities’ requirements, and fast-track retail environments will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

1. BIM Strategy & Implementation

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) for all projects.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, templates, and best practices across all design and engineering disciplines.
• Lead BIM coordination workshops and ensure proper integration between architectural, structural, and MEP models.
