Position Overview

Our company is seeking Transaction Services Representatives to support the WEC Energy Group program. This role involves transactional account updates, documentation, and occasional outbound calls following established SOPs.

This opportunity includes a structured certification program , and successful completion is required to begin servicing and earning revenue.

What You Will Do

Service Partners supporting this program can expect to :

• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multiple report types and account update tasks
• Document all actions taken for audit trail accuracy
• Make occasional outbound calls using approved scripts
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity

Certification Program Details Phase I – Instructor-Led & Self-Study Training

Dates : 22 December 2025 – 20 January 2026

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 6-hour class (including 2 hours self-study)

Time : 7 : 30 PM – 1 : 30 AM IST

No Class : 24, 25, 31 December; 1, 26 January

What to Expect :

Phase II – Certification Call-Taking

Dates : 21 January 2026 – 27 January 2026

All agents must meet platform and client requirements :

Full system standards will be provided.

Intervals Available for Servicing

Monday – Friday

8 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST

(Subject to change based on client needs)

Service Level Requirements

To remain active on the program, agents must meet :

90%

Failure to meet service levels may result in SOW termination.
