Key Responsibilities :
Operational Coordination
- Support day-to-day business operations and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with firm standards.
Practice Support & Collaboration
Provide operational support to senior management and accounting teams.Assist with client onboarding, including the setup of accounts, documentation, and systems access.Contribute to the integration and effective use of accounting and practice management systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Karbon, or similar).Compliance & Quality Assurance
Support internal compliance processes and ensure adherence to accounting and regulatory standards.Contribute to quality control reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy of deliverables.Uphold firm policies relating to confidentiality, data security, and professional ethics.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in operations, practice support, or client service within an accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services environment.Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero) and practice management platforms.Passionate about startups, self-driven, and confident—eager to take initiative and learn fast.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.Proficiency in Google Workspace.Interested candidates can share your CV on this number : 7486047387 / 7041997743
