Job Description The Finance Head will be the strategic architect of financial systems, planning, governance, and fundraising support. This role is a hybrid between traditional FP&A, controllership, and strategic finance —working directly with the founders and shaping key business decisions. This is not just a finance role—it’s a high-ownership, high-visibility leadership opportunity to build finance function in a rapidly scaling company. Key Responsibilities : Ø Reporting, Audit & Compliance :

• Develop comprehensive MIS reports for internal & external stakeholders.
• Lead statutory, internal, and investor audits.
• Ensure accounting standard compliance and regulatory adherence. Ø Financial Controls & Governance
• Establish robust internal controls across AP / AR, payroll, inventory & compliance.
• Proactively identify risks and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain audit readiness at all times.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity. Ø ERP, Systems & Process Excellence
• Lead ERP implementation (Odoo / Tally / Zoho).
• Standardize accounting processes and automate dashboards.
• Drive continuous process improvement across finance function. Ø Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Build sophisticated financial models, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts.
• Lead variance analysis, scenario planning, and what-if analyses for growth and risk decisions.
• Provide strategic insights to founders and cross-functional teams. Ø Investor Relations & Fundraising
• Prepare investor presentations, board decks, and quarterly financial updates.
• Lead financial due diligence for future fundraising rounds.
• Maintain data rooms and engage with investors, lenders, and analysts. Qualifications :
• Qualified Chartered Accountant. 6-8 years of experience specifically from Service or SaaS company
