About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who’s eager to learn and contribute across various HR functions, especially recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations . This is a hands-on learning opportunity to understand how HR supports people in a purpose-driven mental health organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (new hires, changes, exits, etc.)
• Support onboarding of new hires : preparing documentation, orientation scheduling, and liaising with other departments for a smooth joining
• Assist in employee engagement and internal HR initiatives / events
• Handle basic employee queries
• Help with administrative HR work
• Stay updated with labour laws / basic HR compliance practices relevant for India (or local region) and assist in compliance tasks as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

familiarity with HRIS / ATS systems is a plus
