Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring seamless delivery of HCM solutions that meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as US Payroll
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Fusion HCM modules according to business needs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify business process improvements, and suggest best practices.
• Collaborate with technical developers for integrations, reports, and customizations.
• Manage and mentor a team of HCM consultants.
• Conduct user training and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
• Act as a key point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management.
• Stay updated with Oracle's quarterly releases and provide impact assessments and recommendations.
