Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead who will own end-to-end solution design, review and triage incoming work, allocate tasks across backend, AI / ML, frontend, and NFV engineers, and ensure high-quality on-time delivery. The Lead will also be responsible for managing Nokia FlowOne development, integration, and testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming requirements and convert them into clear technical tasks
• Create E2E architecture and high-level design documents (HLD / LLD)
• Distribute and track tasks across backend (FastAPI), AI / ML, frontend (Next.js), and NFV engineers
• Oversee Nokia FlowOne project development, configuration, integration, and testing
• Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration and timely delivery of milestones
• Review designs, code, testing outputs, and system integration quality
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance requirements
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for all engineering activities
