affordable mattresses and sleep solutions.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take charge of growth (not performance
marketing) of mattresses & beyond - driving cross-sell, referrals, retention, CRO, and partnerships
that directly impact revenue.
What You’ll Own
1 . Cross-Selling & Retention Marketing
- Grow revenue from non-mattress products (pillows, protectors, sheets, etc.) through
targeted campaigns and smart merchandising.
Run retention and lifecycle campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and CRM to bringcustomers back.
Build automations for post-purchase, cross-sell, and win-back journeys.Partner with content and design to make communication sharp, relatable, and on-brand.2. Referral & Returning Customer Growth
Scale the Flo Referral Program - increase participation and its share of total revenue.Improve returning customer rates through better experiences, offers, and communicationloops.
Use data from Shopify and referral tools to identify gaps and double down on what’sworking.
3. Shopify & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Manage and update Flo’s Shopify website - from new launches and offers to experienceenhancements.
Execute CRO recommendations shared by external experts; track outcomes throughShopify analytics.
Run A / B tests to improve product page performance, checkout flow, and overall conversionrate.
4. Strategic Projects & Partnerships
Lead brand collaborations to unlock new customer acquisition opportunities.Support international expansion by helping launch Flo’s first international Shopify store.Execute ad-hoc experiments and report on learnings to guide future initiatives.5. Data, Insights & Reporting
Track all KPIs - cross-sell %, referral revenue %, returning customer rate, conversion rate,etc.
Present insights with clear actionables to improve revenue and customer lifetime value.Maintain dashboards across Shopify, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in ecommerce or growth marketing roles within a D2C brand.Proficiency in Shopify and CRM tools (Klaviyo, WebEngage, Clevertap, or similar).Strong data orientation - you make decisions based on insights, not instincts.Proven record in running retention, referral, or CRO-led growth initiatives.Excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bonus : Exposure to international D2C markets or multi-store setups.Why Join Flo?
