With a focus on state and local income tax, sales and use tax, employment tax, and real / personal property tax, we have the chance to assist with thorough tax analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions at the Senior Associate level. Requirement :
- At least two years of SALT M&A tax consulting expertise at a public accounting firm; solid understanding of US tax regulations
- Proven expertise in tax structuring, compliance, and Tax due diligence
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability with a wealth of tax research knowledge Proficient in client relationship management and communication
- Success requires initiative to learn, ask questions, work in a fast-paced atmosphere, question the status quo, build great relationships inside the company, and be flexible.
Commitment :
Assist with thorough tax analysis and due diligence for M&A deals, with an emphasis on employment tax, sales and use tax, state and local income tax, and real / personal property tax.Help with tax-efficient plans and arrangementsCreate tax models that illustrate the cash receipts for sellers after state taxes and the effects on buyers for different structuring alternatives.Keep up with modifications to tax laws and rules to guarantee adherence and spot possibilities.Work together with cross-functional teams to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.Develop junior team members' tax knowledge by mentoring and training them.Help with overseeing several clients and projects, including meeting deadlines, controlling client expectations, guaranteeing client happiness, and successfully spearheading change initiatives.
