What will be your key responsibilities?
- Conduct Financial and Tax Due diligence including bank, GST, TDS, PF, and PT reconciliations
- Conduct basic ledger scrutiny from books of accounts
- Preparing / reviewing schedules / tables and analyzing basic trends and movements of revenue, expenses, working capital, etc., and identifying any extraordinary movements or changes
- Preparing / reviewing the DD report with Company overview and factual inputs
- Framing of findings, observations, and notes to investors to be incorporated in the DD report based on the above points
- Research on financial metrics like market size, beta, etc
- Prepare other decks and reports wherever required
What are the key requirements for the role?
