About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Associate / SEO Associate to join our performance team and take ownership of SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients across various industries. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly contribute to client growth and visibility in SERPs through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO practices.

What You’ll Do

Manage and execute SEO strategies for assigned clients, aligned with their business goals.

Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify issues and areas for improvement.

Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend identification.

Optimize website content and structure for search engines (on-page & technical SEO).

Plan and execute link-building and other off-page SEO activities.

Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Collaborate with content and tech teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Support senior management in refining SEO service offerings and strategy.

Requirements

What we look for :

Hands-on SEO experience in an agency setup.

Proven track record of improving SEO rankings and organic traffic for clients.

Proficient with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Candidates based in Pune preferred.
