Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow. The candidate must hold the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist / Developer β IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM / CAD) certification and have proven hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog .
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
- Ensure ITSM processes align with ITIL best practices and business needs.
- Conduct workshops, prepare design documents, and provide end-user training / documentation.
- Perform system testing, integration, and support during UAT / production rollout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous service improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
ServiceNow CIS-ITSM / CAD certification (mandatory).Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.3β6 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation / configuration experience.Experience with Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and Integrations .Good communication and client-facing skills for requirement gathering and solution workshops.Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.Preferred Skills
Experience in CMDB design & discovery , automation, or ITOM modules.Exposure to Agile / DevOps environments .Location
