As a Tele Caller you will play a crucial role in our organization by contacting potential customers to promote our financial services. This position is vital for our companys growth and success as you will be the first point of contact for many clients helping to drive sales and revenue. You will be involved in exciting projects that focus on expanding our customer base and increasing brand awareness in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our financial services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide information about our products and services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction answer queries and resolve issues.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
