Role Summary :
As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting, protecting and enhancing our visual brand. You will be part of a small global team working on omni-channel marketing campaigns, sales enablement, presentations, events and internal communications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand identity is effectively executed across various platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and create on-brand design and asset requirements for the Marketing and Communications teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales to conceptualise and execute campaigns that drive engagement and support business objectives.
- Create visually appealing presentation decks and documents including sales support and client communications.
- Design materials and merchandise for both internal and external events.
- Shoot and edit videos and create 2D animations for our digital channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance our visual identity and communication strategies.
Required Skills
7 + years experience. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to work to brand standards.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a global business environment, ideally financial or professional services.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Word.Excellent communication with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and ensuring stakeholders are updated.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually impactful designs.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across global time zones.
