Application Support Analyst

Job Description :

• Provide entry-level IT support focused on learning and reactive assistance.
• Handle basic IT support tickets for third-party applications used in production and manufacturing.
• Participate in system rollouts, upgrades, and testing as part of larger projects.
• Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.
• Monitor application performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure system availability.
• Document issues, resolutions, and contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles.
• Provide basic training and system walkthroughs to end-users on new features and updates to custom applications or manufacturing systems.
• Configure, maintain, and support manufacturing-specific applications, including integrations and database queries.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Deliver system training and technical support to end-users on new features and updates.
