Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The role demands a proactive professional who can manage full-cycle recruitment with a strong emphasis on aggressive sourcing, headhunting, and developing a sustained talent pipeline for multiple design, technical, and project management positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from talent sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct targeted headhunting and extensive calling to attract quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future organizational requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department heads and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Support HR operations in onboarding and employee documentation.
• Assist in campus engagement initiatives and employer branding activities
