Principal Qa Engineer (Cypress)

We are seeking a Principal QA Engineer to join our agile development team and take ownership of delivering high-quality software through advanced testing strategies. This is a hands-on IC role where you will design and implement automation frameworks, execute complex test plans, and drive an AI-first approach to quality assurance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Testing Initiatives : Design, develop, and maintain robust testing strategies and automation platforms.
• Hands-On Execution : Author and execute functional test cases and automation scripts for complex features.
• Automation Expertise : Define and implement automation strategies, protocols, and frameworks.
• Performance & Accessibility : Conduct performance testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Continuous Improvement : Recommend architectural improvements for scalability and reliability of testing methodologies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure sprint commitments are met.
• AI-Driven QA : Leverage AI agents to automate test execution and reduce reliance on traditional scripts.
