Job descriptionDesign, develop, and implement IVR call flows and speech-enabled applications Work with Nuance tools to build and enhance speech recognition experiences Create conversational IVR dialogs aligned with business requirements Perform requirements gathering, documentation, and functional analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business analysts, architects) Conduct testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of IVR solutions Optimize speech recognition performance and user experience Integrate IVR systems with backend applications and contact center platforms Hands-on experience with Nuance IVR platforms (Application Studio, Experience Studio, Test Studio) Strong understanding of IVR technologies, VXML / CCXML, ASR / TTS, grammars Experience in speech IVR design, conversational flow development, or speech tuning Ability to analyze customer journeys and translate business needs into IVR logic Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills Experience in contact center technologies is a plus IVR Speech Recognition Implementation Specialist IVR Architect / Designer IVR Speech Business Analyst Conversational Speech IVR Specialist

Job Summary
