About the Role
Eldyne Electro Systems Pvt. Ltd., a trusted leader in Railway Signalling & Telecom for over 37 years, is seeking an experienced General Manager – Bid Management to lead end-to-end tendering, strategy, and bid execution for large-scale railway projects.
We’re Looking For :
- B.Tech in ECE / EE or B.Sc in Electronics with 15+ years of experience in tendering.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Railway Signalling bid management.
- Proven track record in managing high-value, complex bids with strong leadership.
- Proficiency in tender governance, compliance, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strategic focus.
