We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Category Demand & Growth Head to lead our efforts in driving growth, enhancing customer experience (CX), and maximizing platform revenue. This role will be responsible for shaping demand generation, overseeing cataloging and merchandising, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring overall customer journey excellence. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative, with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own demand generation and growth strategy across all channels
- Advice sellers on pricing, promotions, and campaigns to improve sales velocity
- Oversee catalog quality and ensure accurate, complete, and compelling listings
- Define merchandising strategies for homepage, category pages, and campaigns
- Partner with product and content teams to improve catalog discovery
- Own end to end customer journey, NPS and Loyalty for the category
- Lead analytics-driven decision-making with a strong focus on KPIs
What you'll need :
10+ years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer internet businesses, with at least 5 years in a growth / revenue leadership roleStrong understanding of cataloging, customer experience, and merchandising levers.Proven track record of scaling revenue, optimizing demand channels, and running integrated marketing campaigns.Highly analytical with comfort in working with data models, forecasts, and KPIs.Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and team-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.When we talk about travel, we're about excitement.
