Job descriptionMaking outbound calls to students / professionals to promote and sell online courses. Understanding student needs, explaining course benefits, and guiding them toward enrollment. Achieving daily / weekly / monthly calling and sales targets. Maintaining lead records and follow-up status. Handling queries and provide accurate information professionally. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team for better lead conversions Proficiency in English / Hindi is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle outbound and follow-up calls professionally Freshers / 0-1 year experience Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS-Office Experience in roles involving outbound target-based calls is a plus Digital Marketing campaigns (social media, ads, email marketing) SEO (content optimization, keyword research) E-commerce processes (product listings, online sales operations)
