Key Responsibilities
Develop and Strengthen Partnerships : Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key
partners, including resellers, implementation partners, and strategic alliances
Drive Strategic Alignment : Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint business plans that
align with growth objectives and market priorities
Pipeline Management : Monitor and optimise partner-related pipeline to ensure consistent revenue
contribution and forecast accuracy
Market Expansion : Leverage partnerships to accelerate business growth across the region,
introducing innovative solutions and services
Communication & Enablement : Maintain transparent communication channels and provide
partners with the tools, training, and resources needed for success
Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new
partnership opportunities and strengthen market position
Qualifications & Experience
Experience : Minimum 10 years in partner management, enterprise sales, or related roles within the
IT services or technology ecosystem
Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Industry Connections : Strong relationships with leading OEMs such as Microsoft, SAP,
ServiceNow, Dell, HPE and others
Skills : Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills ability to influence
at senior levels and work collaboratively across functions
Knowledge : Broad understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and emerging technologies
Attributes : Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced
environment
