Mahukaa is a contemporary women’s wear brand under Duckman Studio Pvt. Ltd., known for its elegant designs, quality craftsmanship, and modern aesthetic rooted in Indian traditions. We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our growing team in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new seasonal collections in alignment with the brand’s vision and market trends.

Coordinate with pattern masters to create khaka (design sketches and patterns).

Manage sampling, fabric selection, and garment construction processes.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Prepare design articles and concepts for lookbooks and photoshoots.

Oversee styling and coordination during model shoots.

Research emerging trends, materials, and techniques to bring innovation to designs.

Maintain strong communication with vendors, artisans, and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field.

3- 5 years of experience in women’s wear design.

Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and trend forecasting.

Proficiency in sketching, draping, and garment construction.

Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and surface ornamentation.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
