Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) . You'll gain practical experience in audience targeting, campaign management, and performance analysis, while also getting exposure to broader digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and launching Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and help build custom and lookalike audiences.
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversions) and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
• Support A / B testing and creative experimentation to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
