Job descriptionImplement and manage NetApp Snapshots, SnapMirror, and SnapVault for data replication and backups. Ensure effective disaster recovery strategies and perform periodic DR drills. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to NetApp storage. Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for storage incidents and escalations. Perform firmware, software upgrades, and patch installations for NetApp storage systems. Test and validate changes in staging environments before production deployment. Work closely with infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions. Provide recommendations for storage architecture enhancements and scalability. Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, policies, and procedures. Generate reports for storage usage, performance metrics, and capacity trends. Implement security best practices to protect storage data. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for data protection and storage management.
