eCommerce Head Overview :
As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end P&L of the ecommerce vertical. You will drive revenue, profitability, digital experience, marketplace performance, and customer satisfaction across D2C and third-party platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Nykaa. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key & P&L Ownership :
- Lead ecommerce business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Develop strategies to scale D2C website and grow marketplace sales
- Identify and capitalize on new ecommerce opportunities and trends
Growth & Performance Marketing :
Work closely with performance marketing teams to drive traffic, conversions, and ROASOwn CRO initiatives including A / B testing, funnel optimization, and landing page enhancementsMarketplace Management :
Build strong relationships with marketplace account managersImprove catalog visibility, discoverability, and conversions on 3P platformsMonitor platform performance, returns, reviews, and complianceProduct & Inventory Planning :
