Scrum Master - eCommerce Domain

Key Responsibilities :

• Scrum Process Ownership : Oversee the entire Scrum process, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to Agile principles and methodologies within the team.
• Team Coaching & Mentorship : Guide and coach the Scrum team and stakeholders on how to effectively utilize Scrum and Agile practices, continuously mentoring them to maximize progress and potential.
• Meeting Facilitation : Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings, ensuring full team engagement and productive outcomes.
• Dependency Management : Proactively manage and resolve interdependencies between agile teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
• Backlog & Release Planning Support : Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support short-term and long-term release planning, ensuring the work backlog is healthy, refined, and ready for execution.
• Impediment Removal : Anticipate, identify, and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery, overcoming cultural barriers, logistic challenges, and other obstacles.
• Team Collaboration & Support : Foster close cooperation and a supportive environment across all team members, encouraging cross-training and mutual assistance.
• Metrics & Reporting : Administer metrics tracking, generate progress reports, and perform other duties on behalf of the team to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
• Agile Advocacy : Champion Agile practices and ensure consistent adherence to methodologies, driving successful project Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
• At least one successfully delivered project using Scrum methodology in the role as Scrum Master, specifically within the digital, web, or e-commerce domain.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor a team and stakeholders on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile methodology.
• Motivated and driven, with the ability to influence and drive teams to success using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices.
• Deep proficiency in Jira and / or Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning attitude.
• Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a significant plus.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
