Senior Accountant

Seeking a Dynamic Accountant for a Jewellery brand based in Coimbatore.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and profit & loss statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
• Maintain and monitor inventory accounting and costing processes, especially related to jewellery stock and production.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits; assist with year-end closing activities.
• Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and ensure proper documentation and ledger entries.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy in accounting software (Tally / ERP) and support system improvements.
• Liaise with internal departments for financial approvals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Keep updated with changes in accounting regulations and taxation laws.
