About the Role

Shape SCG’s voice in India across internal and external communications . You will craft content, support campaigns and events, coordinate media / agency partners, and ensure messaging is consistent with SCG’s regional brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content for announcements, thought leadership, case studies, and executive messaging.
• Manage internal channels (newsletters, intranet, townhalls) to drive employee engagement.
• Support external communications—press materials, media coordination, campaign assets.
• Partner with business leaders to spotlight innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.
• Track coverage and campaign KPIs; produce performance reports and learnings.
• Align with regional brand guidelines; manage agencies and creative workflows.
• Provide support on issues / crisis communications as directed.
