Roles and Responsibilities ï'

• Manage E2E Vendor on-boarding and related communications by working closely with category team. ï'
• Handling the Brand Additions under various supply types post completing all the check and commercials aligned with the brand. ï'
• System additions of article type (Product) to the brands basis approved commercials. ï'
• Handling overall onboarding of vendors on supply chain finance in coordination with vendor, accounts payable & treasury team. ï'
• Controlling and approvals of OTB ( open to buy) of inventory as per budgets approved for the business units. ï'
• Manage the commercial term agreement flow till finalizing and signoff by internal stakeholders and vendor ï'
• Time to time modifications of terms and conditions initiated from category teams needs to be handled at P0 priority ï'
• Keeping track and repository of the vendor payables along with the visibility of advance adjustments and periodic internal reporting to bizfin spocs ï'
• Ensure smooth handling of vendor / seller queries on payments, adjustments, taxations etc. ï'
• Support finance / business team in various deliverables related to above said activities and reporting on the same. Qualifications & Experience ï'
• Graduate / Post-Graduate from a tier 1 / tier 2 University or business school / should hold a degree in finance / other with 2 to 4 years of Relevant Experience. B.Com / MBA is prefferd ï'
• Prior experience in vendor / supplier management / category business finance will be an added advantage. ï'
• Demonstrate strong Communication and ability to work with peers and counterparts ï'
• Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, MS word
