Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Architect to join Aarna Ventures for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru South.

The Architect will lead the design development and execution of architectural projects, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, and overseeing on-site project implementation.

The role also involves monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, managing timelines, and supporting seamless coordination between design intent and construction execution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative, high-impact projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment, while upholding strong design and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in architecture and design development, including conceptual and detailed architectural design
• Proficiency in key design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion or equivalent softwares.
• Experience in project planning, coordination, and execution, with a strong understanding of design-to-site implementation
• Demonstrated capability in project management, including scheduling, consultant coordination, and on-site supervision
• Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities across clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with construction practices, material technology, and structural coordination
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and sustainable design practices is an added advantage
