Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. The daily tasks include recruiting and onboarding new employees, handling employee grievances, and conducting performance evaluations. The HR Executive will also ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.

• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
