We’ve proven product-market fit and are now focused on building a repeatable, scalable growth engine.We’ve tested channels like SEO and paid ads, but we’re still searching for the right formula — and that’s where you come in.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a full time Growth Marketer who can help us identify, validate, and scale the marketing channels that will drive consistent pipeline. This is not just a campaign management role you’ll work directly with the founder to shape strategy, test new ideas, and figure out what works.What You’ll DoDesign and run structured growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more.Analyze performance data to quickly double down on wins and cut losses.Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with U.
