Job Description :
The Video Producer will lead the end-to-end production of visual content for Times Music, including, music videos, lyric videos, long-form & short-form content, behind-the-scenes footage, promotional edits and social media assets. This role requires strong creative vision, production management skills and a deep understanding of music-driven visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the A&R team, artists and marketing to understand creative requirements.
- Identify and finalize directors, DOPs, editors, stylists, locations, etc.
- Develop video concepts, leveraging AI tools, mood boards and storyboards.
- Prepare production budgets and timelines.
- Research and develop video concepts based on performance trends across YouTube, competitor channels, leading creators and other video platforms and social media.
- Day-to-day management of identifying video-creating partners, negotiating cost and timelines. Track delivery and schedule releases.
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal and copyright guidelines.
- Maintain a ready database of production vendors, directors, video editors and creative freelancers.
Requirements :
Prior experience in Video production of a minimum of 3-4 years.Understanding of different techniques to enhance post-production outcomes.Define requirements, scoping and prioritising tasks for video production.Have a creative eye for improvements.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and to meet aggressive deadlines.Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced online environment.Fluency in English, Hindi or any other regional language.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
