We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to head Digital Growth & Lead Generation across NxtWave’s products. The role involves leading channel managers, optimizing multi-channel budgets, and driving consistent, scalable lead generation to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end digital lead generation and conversion strategy.
• Build and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, influencer, etc.).
• Manage large digital budgets with a focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Drive SEO, content marketing, and growth experimentation initiatives.
• Implement attribution models and real-time dashboards for decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and executives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
