Job descriptionLead interior design projects end-to-end : from client briefing, client's vision, lifestyle, concept development, and design presentation to execution and final handover. Develop detailed 2D drawings, layouts, mood boards with speed and accuracy. Manage costings, BOQs, and budgets for each project, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Oversee site execution with contractors, vendors, and teams, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with design intent and execution promptness. Handle client interactions with professionalism—convincing clients on design direction, being affirmative for design, addressing concerns, and managing challenging or high-pressure situations. Troubleshoot and “firefight” on-site and client's issues with quick, practical solutions. Ensure prompt workflows with highly organised project documentation, communication, and follow-ups. Maintain Furbishy’s luxury design standards across all bespoke projects pan India. Strong technical proficiency in 2D drawings and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.). Excellent communication and client-handling skills with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to balance creative design with practical execution and cost efficiency. A growth-oriented mindset, with a drive to push creative boundaries and improve processes. Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced project demands. Design capabilities for residential interior design, great aesthetics and an experienced execution skill. 2–3 years of proven experience in interior design and project execution, preferably in luxury bespoke interiors. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite Exposure to luxury interior projects that challenge creativity and execution excellence pan India.
