What You'll Own
- End-to-end performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising, Walmart Ads, Chewy, and emerging channels
- Key growth metrics ownership : CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), LTV (Lifetime Value), CVR (Conversion Rate) , and funnel optimization
- Marketing analytics & reporting : Daily tracking using GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo , and platform-native dashboards
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) : Test landing pages, creative assets, ad copy, and customer funnels to maximize performance
- Agency management : Manage and hold external marketing agencies accountable to performance KPIs and ROI targets
- Executive-level reporting : Lead growth reporting and deliver data-driven insights directly to the CEO
- Full-funnel marketing strategy : Build and execute strategies across awareness, acquisition, retention, and customer loyalty
- Marketplace growth : Scale paid and organic performance on Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy through SEO optimization and keyword research
- Subscription optimization : Drive retention, reduce churn, and optimize upselling and cross-selling for our subscription revenue base
What You'll Need
3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing for DTC e-commerce brandsProven success with e-commerce marketplaces : Amazon Ads, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and marketplace optimizationDeep data proficiency : Ability to analyze marketing performance data, identify inefficiencies, and optimize campaigns quicklyTools expertise : Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Amazon Advertising Console, TikTok Ads ManagerAgency management experience : Proven ability to manage external partners and push for improved campaign performance and ROIBonus qualifications : Experience with subscription models, pet industry brands, product-led growth (PLG), or lifecycle marketingWhy Join Us?
