About the Role :

The Shared Service Program Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple related initiatives that sit within the Engineering function including cross-functional initiatives such as those that streamline internal operations and support organizational effectiveness.

The position requires coordinating internal teams across departments, managing change management, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while maintaining oversight of budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Key Position Responsibilities Include :

Program Planning & Strategy :

• Define internal program vision and objectives aligned with organizational efficiency and employee experience goals.
• Develop comprehensive program roadmaps for internal initiatives (internal systems, operational improvements, digital transformation, etc.
• Identify and manage interdependencies between internal projects and business operations.
• Establish program governance structures and change management frameworks for internal shared service initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering department leaders to prioritize internal improvement initiatives.
