We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Strategist to define the creative future of our brand. Reporting directly to (e.g., CMO / Head of Marketing), you will be the ultimate owner of our brand voice, campaign narratives, and creative standards. This role requires a broad, strategic view to translate business goals into compelling, high-impact consumer experiences across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision & Strategy

• Campaign Architecture : Design the core campaign idea and overarching creative narrative that guides all marketing efforts (from concept to execution).
• Brand Voice Governance : Establish, document, and enforce the holistic brand voice, tone, and personality across every consumer touchpoint and creative asset.
• Creative Briefing : Develop inspiring and insightful creative briefs that clearly articulate the strategic challenge and execution expectations for internal and external teams.
• Performance Insight : Connect creative performance data (e.g., ad copy CTR, sentiment) directly to brand health and business ROI, using insights to continually refine strategy.
