- Accent Neutralization : Reduce regional influence on speech for better global comprehension.
- Pronunciation & Articulation : Train agents to pronounce words clearly and correctly.
- Voice Modulation & Tone : Develop skills to maintain a professional, empathetic, and confident tone.
- Listening Skills : Enhance active listening for accurate understanding and response.
- Customer Service Language : Teach appropriate phrases, vocabulary, and cultural nuances for international interactions.
