Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for managing spare parts inventory and ensuring that customers receive their parts in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Support :
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Spare Parts Management :
Manage spare parts inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are adequateCoordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customersTrack and resolve any issues related to spare parts deliveryMaintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and customer ordersIdentify opportunities to improve spare parts management processesAdditional Responsibilities :
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and experienceStay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policiesParticipate in training and development programs to improve customer support skillsMeet customer support metrics and targets, such as response time and resolution rateRequirements :
1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsBasic knowledge of inventory management and logisticsProficiency in CRM software and other customer support toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications :
