Lead Full-Stack + AI Engineer (Founding Team)

Think : an AI that acts like a virtual CMO — planning, writing, analyzing, launching, and optimizing campaigns end-to-end.

What You’ll Do (High Ownership)

• Design and build Grovio’s multi-agent AI orchestration engine
• Architect scalable workflows, microservices, and distributed systems
• Build core backend systems + high-velocity features
• Lead integration of LLMs, toolchains, automations, and data pipelines
• Collaborate directly with founders on product + strategy
• Set engineering standards, CI / CD, DevOps, and system reliability
• Help hire and grow the engineering team as we scale

This is a 0 → 1 → scale leadership role, not a maintenance job.

What We’re Looking For

Strong engineering + architecture background

Experience with at least some of :

Ability to break down complex problems and ship fast

Clear communication + founder mindset

Someone who wants to build , not wait for instructions
