Job descriptionDevelop and execute the sales strategy to drive business growth through the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) channel. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets for the IFA sales team. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the IFA network. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management for scaling the business. Build and nurture strong relationships with IFAs to ensure high engagement and retention. Address concerns and provide solutions to IFAs to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Conduct regular meetings, training, and workshops to keep IFAs updated about products and services. Drive B2B sales by onboarding and activating high-performing IFAs. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to design value propositions tailored for the IFA segment. Analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback to identify gaps and opportunities. Lead, mentor, and motivate the IFA sales team to achieve individual and team objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans when necessary. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team alignment with organizational goals. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, in wealth management industry. Proven track record of managing and growing the IFA network. Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio
