Scope of Work – Engagement Operations

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Engagement Operations will serve as a mid-layer lead within the Engagement Team, responsible for supporting and managing end-to-end process operations. The role requires building and nurturing communities, driving engagement initiatives, and overseeing Email & WhatsApp Marketing, Webinar Marketing, and Data Analytics. The position will ensure seamless execution, process alignment, and impactful outcomes across all engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Development & Management

• Build, nurture, and moderate active communities across digital platforms, forums, and in-app channels.
• Foster meaningful engagement through discussions, campaigns, polls, and interactive content.
• Identify, onboard, and manage brand advocates, influencers, and community leaders to strengthen community presence.
