Roles and Responsibilities

Implement the Area Activation Strategy by implementing key marketing programs : quality activations, lead generation programs, track competition, develop in-depth regional market feedback mechanism and suggest action plans.

Will need to perform world-class one-to-one and one-to-many interactions with the target audience - consumers and other influencers; vendors and related stakeholders.

The basket of towns / markets will be signed off centrally / jointly by sales and marketing and the activation schedule will need to be created, presented and execute as per plan.

Planning and organizing activity in distributor area with close coordination with distributor & sales team warrants excellent people management skills.

Key measurement criteria for the impact of activities will be % of incremental growth over other towns,

Communicate with on boarded partners, and create a regular interaction flow.

Set goals for the partners, do periodic reviews of their goals and assist them in achieving their goals.

Empower the partners and build an extremely strong community of active partners.

Create, maintain and update the database of current partners and those in the activation pipeline.

Ensure partner-driven consumer growth and handle all support-related issues of the partners and redirect them accordingly.

Stay informed about competing products and services.

Learn from partner interactions leading to better understanding and expansion on top of the funnel.

Establish communication with the partner network using various channels - offline / online and identify the training needs.
