ICICI Prudential Life Insurance - Insurance Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Field Sales & Client Acquisition : Actively engage in field sales activities to acquire new clients, identify their insurance needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Daily Client Meetings : Consistently meet with 4-5 clients daily to build relationships, conduct needs analysis, and close sales.
• Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and services to existing clients, maximizing client value and retention.
• Sales Target Achievement : Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing excellent Customer Service to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all insurance products (Life and General), policies, and market trends.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the insurance Master's / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of proven experience in Insurance Sales, with a strong focus on field sales.
• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge (covering both life and non-life products).
• Strong Finance background and understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-first approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for guiding clients through their insurance journey.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in the life insurance industry is a significant plus.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively within Rajkot for client meetings
